We offer FREE standard shipping to any domestic address.
Two day delivery is also available for an additional $20 per order,
($30 for gift baskets) and Next Day delivery is offered at $30 per
order ($40 for gift baskets). Minimum of $10 per order required
for FREE shipping.

Express delivery is available in the continental U.S. Two day and Express orders must by placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern time to ship out the next business day. Saturday, Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available.

Returns and Exchanges

Gentle Touch offers quality products and your satifaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with a size or style for any reason, you may exchange or return the product for a full refund. All items must be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase, and be unworn, in resalable condition in the original packaging and must include all the components.

Coz-Ease, Exchange only and must be in resalable condition in the original packaging and must include all the components.

Camisole, Exchange only and must be in resalable condition in the original packaging and must include all the components.

Pajama Set, Exchange only and must be in resalable condition in the original packaging and must include all the components.

Breast Form and Bra. Can be returned and refunded within 10 days of delivery date.

Information for processing returns is included on the backside of the invoice. Simply fill out the back side of the invoice and return it along with your product. Your return label is preprinted on the bottom right hand corner of your invoice and must be displayed on the outside of the shipping carton.
